Compliance & Policies

Learn how Sevarat CRM protects corporate databases, enforces isolated tenant architecture, and secures geo-location rules.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy and data integrity are fundamental core principles of the Sevarat CRM architecture.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the business and administrator metrics necessary to provision and manage your isolated trial workspaces. This includes:

  • Administrator Name & Email Address
  • Mobile Contact Numbers
  • Company/Workspace Names

2. Isolated Tenant Databases

Unlike generic CRM applications, Sevarat uses strict multitenancy boundaries. When you register a trial, a completely isolated database schema is automatically cloned via UAPI on demand. Your uploaded client followups, staff file listings, and coordinate parameters are never commingled with other workspace databases.

Sandbox Isolation: Active trial configurations, session variables, and temporary cookies are entirely restricted to your database instance prefix.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Trial workspaces are created with a 7-day expiration duration. If you decide not to transition to a production subscription:

  • The trial suffix database is systematically dropped from the DBMS.
  • All user attachments in the uploads directory are securely unlinked.
  • Historical coordinate tracking punch logs are permanently erased.

4. Cookies & Session Management

We use session cookies strictly to route authorized users to their respective sandbox databases (`trial_db` and `trial_id`). We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies or cross-platform analytics trackers.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern all trial registrations and subscriptions for the Sevarat CRM platform.

1. Workspace Initialization

Workspace setup is fully automated. By registering, you warrant that you are creating an environment on behalf of a legitimate organization. You are fully responsible for all employee punch records, client logs, and followups added under your trial workspace.

2. Trial Duration and Expire Parameters

Each newly initialized workspace is granted 7 days of free operations. On the exact timestamp of expiration, the sandbox container and all internal tables are systematically dropped. It is the administrator's responsibility to export customer/inquiry data via the Excel Exporter tool before expiration.

3. Acceptable Use Guidelines

You agree not to manipulate or exploit Sevarat CRM for:

  • Geolocation spoofing or tampering with punch coordinate validation.
  • Automated scraping of other tenant prefixes.
  • Bypassing role-based navigation rules to access restricted executive endpoints.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sevarat CRM provides trial environments on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We offer no performance warranties or data recovery guarantees for databases deleted due to normal trial expiration cycles.

Security & SLA Details

Discover the high-integrity security protocols defending your business data.

1. GPS Check-in Coordinates Verification

To prevent tracking fraud, mobile check-ins compare the client-side geolocation parameters against preset geofenced coordinates. Device user agents and client IP addresses are audited on every punch command, preventing proxy attacks.

2. Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC)

Access control rules are mapped dynamically based on staff position hierarchies. Hiding page segments is performed on the server side; even if elements are modified in the DOM, backend endpoints reject commands lacking authorized credentials.

Security Shield: All state-changing POST requests are protected by cryptographically secure CSRF tokens mapping to the active session.

3. System Architecture & Backups

Our server cluster ensures high availability for active workspaces. Periodic snapshots are compiled for standard enterprise databases, while sandbox trial data remains local and lightweight to facilitate instant cleanup.
